"We would like to state that TSM at the moment is not disqualified from any NESL or ESL event in the future. After not playing their match tonight, TSM will receive 1 Major Penalty which will leave them with 8 more Minor Penalties, before any other action can take place. We would also like to state that the TSM and other teams have agreed to those rules before accepting the invitation to the National ESL Pro Series. All the teams had the opportunity to voice their concerns towards the rules at the beginning on of the season as well. We hope that this statement will cut all the speculation that is happening at the moment."

- 10 Minor PP(Penalty Points) for attending Team Meeting with Riot
+ 3 Minor PP streaming (week 1)
+ 3 Minor PP for starting a match without a broadcaster (week 1)
+ 3 Minor PP for no show without a wildcard (week 3)
+ 3 Minor PP for no show without a wildcard (week 4)
+ 1 Major PP = 10 Minor PP for quitting the match (week 6)
